Empathetic, Trauma-Informed Telehealth Therapy for Growth & Well-Being
Hi, I’m Holly, a Clinical Social Worker (LISW) and Alcohol and Other Drug Counselor (LICDC). My work is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting individuals through compassionate, trauma-informed care with a focus on harm reduction and somatic approaches. With a passion for social justice and a deep respect for each person's unique experience, I work collaboratively with clients to create safe, judgment-free spaces for growth, healing, and transformation.
I currently serve as Program Chair and am an Instructor of Human and Social Services and Addiction Studies at a community college, where I teach, advise, and support students pursuing careers in social work assistance and addiction counseling. This role allows me to combine my clinical expertise with my passion for education and advocacy. I also get to work alongside the counseling center to coordinate the campus recovery community.
In my practice, I offer inclusive and affirming telehealth therapy and wellness services that are personalized to each client’s needs. Whether that’s navigating life changes, addressing mental health struggles, building a wellness routine, or fostering resilience. I am here to support you at your pace, empowering you to create lasting shifts in your life. I believe in a holistic approach to care, and I am dedicated to working with clients to explore and address the whole self: mind, body, and spirit.
I offer a sliding-scale option for my services, including an option to use an insurance superbill, to help ensure that cost does not become a barrier to receiving the care you deserve. At this time, I am available for telehealth appointments on Wednesday evenings and Friday mornings and afternoons.
